Ismail Limbada

As Founder and Director of Envision Solicitors, Ismail leads the firm’s strategic direction while ensuring clients receive clear, practical, and high-quality legal support. With over 18 years of legal experience, Ismail has successfully handled wide range of cases, including housing disrepair, personal injury, industrial disease and road traffic accident claims. He founded Envision Solicitors with a strong commitment to client care, trust, and delivering outstanding results. Ismail takes a hands-on approach to client service, placing great emphasis on clear communication, practical advice, and achieving the best possible outcomes for every client. Under his leadership, Envision Solicitors has built a reputation for providing a professional, client-focused service, helping individuals navigate complex legal matters with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of work Ismail enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping active at the gym and travelling.

Azhar Ingar

Trainee Solicitor

Azhar is currently a Trainee Solicitor and due to qualify as a Housing Disrepair Solicitor in Summer 2026. Before starting his training contract, he worked for four years as a fee earner and paralegal, which gave him valuable experience supporting clients through their legal journey.

Azhar currently specialises in housing disrepair cases, helping tenants who are living in poor conditions to secure the repairs, support, and compensation they are entitled to. Azhar prides himself for offering reassurance, and guiding clients with clear and practical advice.

Outside of work Azhar enjoys watching football and is passionate about travelling and visiting several different destinations.

Fatima Limbada

Housing Disrepair Paralegal

Fatima is a Paralegal in the Housing Disrepair department and is currently studying the LLM with SQE at BPP University alongside her role. In her role, Fatima is responsible for opening and preparing new client files, ensuring matters are set up efficiently from the outset. She also manages her own caseload, working closely with clients to progress their claims and achieve positive outcomes.

Fatima is dedicated to providing a high standard of client care and understands the importance of keeping clients informed and supported throughout their legal journey.

Mohsin Hassan

Housing Disrepair Paralegal

Mohsin joined Envision Solicitors in November 2025 and is a Paralegal in the Housing Disrepair department. With over three years of legal experience, he has developed a strong foundation in client care, case management, and legal drafting, having previously assisted with complex, high-value international group claims. He now manages a caseload of housing disrepair matters from initial instruction through to settlement. Mohsin ensures each case progresses efficiently, maintaining a high standard of client service throughout. Mohsin is known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

Away from work, Mohsin enjoys many sports, keeping up to date with current affairs and global events, and has a keen interest in entrepreneurship and business.

Akshat Singh

Housing Disrepair Paralegal

Akshat is a Housing Disrepair Paralegal with a strong legal background. In his current role, he supports clients throughout their claims, working in a fast paced environment that has strengthened his ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of client care. Before taking on his current position, Akshat gained valuable legal experience assisting fee earners with case progression, reviewing evidence and preparing case files. These experiences have helped him develop a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a practical understanding of litigation. He enjoys building positive relationships with clients and colleagues and is committed to continuing his development as he progresses towards qualifying as a solicitor.

Outside of work, Akshat enjoys making the most of his free time by staying active and exploring new places. He has a passion for travelling and hiking, always looking for opportunities to experience different cultures and take on new challenges outdoors. He is also a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys keeping fit through regular exercise, believing that maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is important for both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether he is on a hiking trail, in the gym or spending time with friends and family, Akshat values a balanced lifestyle that allows him to recharge and bring energy, focus and a positive outlook to his professional lifestyle.
